Terms of service
These terms cover your use of TapShareCard, a service of vHive Solutions (Philippines). By ordering or using a card you agree to them.
1. The service
TapShareCard gives you a private online card page, reachable by an NFC card, a QR code or a link, with a downloadable contact file (.vcf), basic anonymous visit statistics and, on Premium and Team packages, customisable 3D themes. The package you choose, its features and its price are shown in your quote or order confirmation. We may improve or change features; we will not remove a feature you have paid for during the paid period without a fair alternative.
2. Your account and your content
- You are responsible for the accuracy of what you put on your card and for keeping your sign-in details safe.
- You keep ownership of your content. You give us permission to host, display and process it to run your card, including showing it to anyone who opens your card link.
- Anything on your card is visible to everyone who has your card link, NFC card or QR code. Share only what you are happy to share.
3. The physical card
Your NFC card carries only a web address, never your contact data, so your details can change without reprinting. Cards are printed to the approved proof, then encoded and locked read-only. Not every phone can read an NFC card (see Help); the QR code and the link always work as a fallback. Production and delivery times are estimates given at order. Please check the proof carefully: printing errors we cause are reprinted at no charge; changes requested after approval may be charged.
4. Payment
Orders are confirmed after payment is received and verified (for example by GCash or bank transfer with proof of payment). Prices are as quoted. Prices are in Philippine pesos and exclude VAT; where VAT applies (currently 12%), it is shown separately on your invoice or official receipt.
5. Renewals, grace and suspension
- Your package includes service for the period stated on your order; after that it renews yearly at the renewal price in your quote.
- We send reminders (30 days before, 7 days before, on the day) by SMS or email.
- If a renewal is not paid by the due date there is a grace period of 14 days in which your card keeps working. After that the card is paused: people who open it see a neutral “paused” page, and your data is kept so you can reactivate by paying.
- You can pause your own card at any time (for example if you lose the physical card); pausing is free.
6. Re-issue and replacement
If a card is lost, damaged or stolen, pause it first. A replacement card with a new link can be issued for a fee shown in your quote; the old card's link then stops working permanently. Cards locked at encoding cannot be rewritten.
7. Refunds
You can cancel an order for a full refund before we start designing or printing it. Once printing has started, custom-printed cards and design work are not refundable. Annual service fees are not refunded for a year that has already started, except where we are unable to provide the service. You can cancel renewal at any time before the renewal date, and we will not charge you for the next year. Contact us and we will respond within a few working days.
8. Acceptable use
You must not use TapShareCard to:
- impersonate another person or organisation, or claim a licence, title or affiliation you do not have;
- publish unlawful, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit or misleading content, malware or phishing links;
- collect other people's data without a lawful basis, or use the exchange-contact form for spam;
- attack, scrape or overload the service, or try to guess other people's card links.
We may pause or remove a card that breaks these rules or a lawful request, and will tell you why where we are allowed to.
9. Our intellectual property
The TapShareCard name, logo, website, themes and software belong to vHive Solutions or its licensors. Your package gives you the right to use them for your card only; you may not copy or resell them. Demo cards on this site are fictional.
10. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost business. Nothing here limits rights you have under Philippine consumer or data-privacy law.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy notice explains how we handle personal data.
12. Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms and will show the date above; continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines; any dispute will be brought before the proper courts of Metro Manila. Questions: welcome@manilaopenhouse.com.
